Oil Change FAQs
Do I need full synthetic oil?
Check your owner’s manual. Many newer vehicles require full synthetic. If your vehicle calls for synthetic, always use it to maintain protection and warranty compliance.
How long does an oil change take?
Most oil changes are completed in about 30–45 minutes once the vehicle is in a bay. Plan for a little extra time if you’d like a full vehicle inspection.
What oil should I choose if my manual allows different types?
Over time, conventional oils can form sludge, which can reduce your engine's efficiency and, ultimately, reduce the life of your engine. We generally recommend full synthetic for better high-temperature stability. Full synthetic oils contain fewer impurities compared to conventional and synthetic blend oils, and can better resist the formation of sludge and deposits in your engine.
Do you reset my maintenance/oil-life light?
Yes. We reset the maintenance or oil-life monitor after service and place a reminder sticker for your next visit.
